Black Cat is a self-made small business that grew from a hobby and a passion for
anime-inspired designs and creative accessories.
What products do you sell?
We sell anime-inspired accessories such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, keychains, and
other small items.
Are your products official anime merchandise?
No. Our products are anime-inspired designs created for fans who enjoy unique and stylish
accessories.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
How much is the delivery charge?
A delivery charge of LKR 450 will be added to every order.
Do you deliver outside my area?
Yes. We provide island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 4–10 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary during
busy holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year.
Can I return an item after receiving it?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Please check product details carefully
before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order details and clear
photos/videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution if the issue is
confirmed.
How will I receive a refund if it is approved?
If a refund is approved, the amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the
customer.
